As we delayed the deadline for submission to October 31, we changed the notification of acceptance to December 15 in order to allow for the reviews by the scientific committee. If you did not received the notification (maybe on your spam folder), please ask us!
To prepare your final paper:
The proceedings have to be written between 4 and 6 pages double column paper, in the following formats:
- for LaTeX: 2-columns-A4-Full Paper
- for Word: B2PROCA4EXAMPLEPAPER
To submit your final paper, log on your profile page with your last name and your reference number and submit your final paper by clicking on the button « Edit my proceeding ».
Important: also download, complete and submit the Copyright form. Without this form, your paper will be refused by the editor.
Oral presentation:
Please prepare a PowerPoint or PDF presentation. The talk will not exceed 20 minutes, few minutes discussion included.
Poster presentation:
The format for the poster presentation is A0 (width: 80 cm x height: 120 cm).
